Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of flightdesk.pro, the publisher portal, and participation in Flightdesk pay-per-call campaigns.
Effective September 2, 2026
Acceptance of terms
By accessing flightdesk.pro, using the publisher portal, or sending traffic to any Flightdesk campaign, you agree to these terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.
These terms, together with any offer-specific terms communicated to you at onboarding, form the agreement between you and Flightdesk ("we", "us").
Eligibility
Participation in the network is limited to approved affiliates. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Approval for one offer does not imply approval for another; rates, caps, and source approvals are granted per campaign.
Accounts & security
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts showing signs of compromise or shared-credential abuse.
Campaign participation
Every campaign operates under a common framework, which applies unless an offer explicitly states otherwise:
- Geo: United States only, nationwide.
- Schedule: calls accepted 24/7.
- Tracking: via our designated tracking platform; tracking data is authoritative for settlement.
- Call buffer: a call must remain connected for at least five seconds after connection to be counted.
- Hold period: three days.
- Settlement: weekly, after the hold period.
A "Pure" offer requires every call to carry intent for the named brand or, for the premium offer, first-class or business-class travel. Mixed-intent traffic belongs in mixed offers. Premium-cabin inquiries received under an airline-specific offer remain part of that airline offer and use its rate.
Prohibited traffic
The following are strictly prohibited across all campaigns:
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) calls.
- Incentivized callers of any kind.
- SMS or email sourced traffic.
- Airport-service and non-booking support requests, including luggage, wheelchair, check-in, and similar calls.
- Blank, fraudulent, wrong-number, clearly unrelated, or no-intent calls, whether or not intentional.
- Any traffic source not disclosed to and approved by us before launch.
Search ads and SEO are the preferred sources. Any other source must be discussed and approved in advance.
Rates, caps & payouts
Rates and campaign caps are communicated privately per offer and are not published publicly. Approved earnings are settled weekly after the three-day hold period. Payout methods include cash, USDT, and bank account transfer; the method used for your account is confirmed at onboarding.
You are responsible for the accuracy and validity of your payout details, and for any taxes arising from your earnings.
Adjustments & clawbacks
Calls that fail qualification, fall inside the buffer window, or are later determined to be fraudulent, duplicated, or non-compliant are deducted from earnings. Discovery of systematic invalid traffic may lead to reversal of affected payouts, suspension, and termination.
Intellectual property
All Flightdesk materials — the website, portal, brand marks, and content — are owned by Flightdesk or its licensors. Brand names referenced in campaign materials are used solely to describe caller intent and targeting; we claim no affiliation with, and receive no endorsement from, those brands, and all such trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not copy or reuse campaign creatives, landing pages, or tracking configurations outside the network without written permission.
Disclaimers
The website, portal, and network are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of campaigns, specific call volumes, or specific earnings.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Each party's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amounts paid or payable to you under the network in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flightdesk and its personnel from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your traffic sources, your breach of these terms, or your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
Termination
Either party may end participation in the network at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for fraud, prohibited traffic, or material breach. Upon termination, earned amounts that survive qualification are settled on the normal schedule, less any adjustments under these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, to the extent applicable, the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith before pursuing formal action.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version, and material changes will be communicated to active publishers before they take effect. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
