Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Flightdesk collects when you visit flightdesk.pro or use the publisher portal, and how that information is used and protected.
Effective September 2, 2026
Overview
Flightdesk operates an affiliate-first pay-per-call network connecting vetted traffic partners with direct buyer demand across the United States. This privacy policy covers the public flightdesk.pro website and the authenticated publisher portal.
By using this website or the publisher portal, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the portal.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information, depending on how you interact with us:
- Account information. When you apply or are provisioned as a publisher, we collect your name, company name, email address, and other business contact details needed to operate your account.
- Business information. Traffic sources, expected volumes, offer selections, payout preferences, and related campaign details you provide during onboarding.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type, device characteristics, and access logs collected when you visit the website or sign in to the portal.
- Session data. Authentication session records that keep you signed in to the portal securely.
- Campaign data. Call-level records — such as tracking numbers, call durations, connection outcomes, and qualification status — processed to operate the pay-per-call network.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, provision, and secure publisher accounts and the portal.
- Attribute calls to the correct publisher and offer, apply qualification rules, and calculate earnings.
- Process payouts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Detect and prevent fraud, invalid traffic, and abuse of the network.
- Meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations, and to enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use publisher account data for third-party advertising.
Call data
Calls routed through the network are tracked via our tracking platform and buyer infrastructure to verify connection, apply the five-second buffer, and determine qualification. Call-level data is used for attribution, quality control, dispute resolution, and payout calculation.
Within the publisher portal, caller-identifying details are masked. Callers are consumers of the underlying travel campaigns; publishers receive performance data, not consumer contact records.
How we share data
We share data only with parties required to operate the network:
- Buyers and call centers — call routing and campaign fulfillment data needed to receive and handle calls.
- Tracking and infrastructure providers — hosting, database, and telephony tracking services that process data on our behalf.
- Payment providers — payout details shared strictly to deliver your earnings.
- Authorities — where disclosure is required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
We do not share publisher identity or performance data with other publishers.
Data retention
Account and campaign records are retained for as long as your account is active and afterwards as needed for financial, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes. Session records expire automatically. Access logs are retained for a bounded security window.
Data security
We apply layered technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport, hashed credentials, isolated database access, and least-privilege operational practices. No system is perfectly secure; if a security incident affects your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to certain processing. Requests are verified before they are actioned. To exercise a right, reach us through the publisher portal or your account manager.
Children's privacy
The website, the portal, and the network are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the network evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page, and significant changes will be communicated to active publishers.
Contact
Questions about this policy can be raised through the publisher portal or with your account manager. Dedicated contact channels are being finalized and will be published on this page.
